I have always had a passion for writing and reading since I was a child.

Fast forward I have worked in various industries which has given me in-depth knowledge of what businesses need to drive connections and sales.

Using Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and German as a volunteer, I saw the powerful, life-changing impact using the right language and words can have on people.
